I know just how tiring it can be to live with an eating disorder, disordered eating, mental illness and negative patterns of behaviour. I also know just how incredible life after recovery can be.


Using a range of techniques from traditional person-led counselling frameworks, EFT, goal setting, support and working with the conscious and subconscious mind we will work together to help you get unstuck and start living a life of true freedom and fulfilment.



If you're someone who constantly self sabotages, feels uncomfortable in your own skin, are a serial dieter, feels out of control with food and exercise, avoids eating in public or just wishes that food, body image and exercise wasn't the main focus in life then you're in the right place.

How do I know this is right for me?

If you're someone who always puts other people first but can't do the same for yourself, if you feel stuck, alone, helpless or like you're not living life to it's full potential - now is the time to step forward and say yes.


We start with a clarity call that enables you to ask any questions you may have and get to know me.


Initial sessions are in-depth and explorative, there are many ways to work together so it's important that we find the right format that works for you in order to create big shifts with collaboratively formulated healing.


We'll work together for a minimum of 6 weeks and address both the physical and psychological in order to enable you to not just recover, but to thrive.


After our sessions end we'll arrange a series of follow ups at regular intervals up to 2 years which will help you to stay on track, continue to be supported and encourage powerful healing.
