What is Pilates?

Suitable for all ages and levels, Pilates is a fantastic low impact form of exercise which can be tailored to you. Think you're just in for a stretch? Then think again! Combining the Pilates principles with an emphasis on technique you will sculpt, tone, and strengthen your whole body whilst creating long lean muscle. Great for those who want to build core strength, improve posture, and support healthy movement.


What is Barre?

Combining the precision, tone & strength of Pilates with the poise, control & conditioning of Ballet - with no tutu in sight! You don't need to be a dancer to join in with this fun, powerful workout - just a love of good music, feeling a burn in muscles you never knew you had & shaky morning after legs!



Is a class for me?

All ages and fitness levels welcome, with small classes you can guarantee that you'll be guided through movements safely and properly. You will learn the techniques and principals behind the movements that will take your workout to the next level and make the most out of your time on the mat!
